Feline Health Plan breakdown

For those who are wanting to consider one of our Feline Health Plans but would like a
comparison of costs.
Preventative Plan £29 per month, total annual price £348
● Unlimited consults each consult is worth £60. Based on an average of 2 a
year not including the vaccination appointment - £120
● Vaccinations These cost from £75 for a booster to £130 for an adult restart.
All are included in the plans, but once fully vaccinated, only boosters are
required annually.
● Flea and worm treatment Depending on treatment prescribed can be around
£180 - £200 for 12 months
● Nail clip This is £18 each time and is unlimited on the health care plan.
Based on an average of twice a year at the time of routine checks £36.
● Microchip £30 Only needed once but is included.
● Insurance fees £40-£60 depending on type of claim. Usually payable once annually
Average annual cost £461 with booster and only two consults a year to £516 with restart
vaccination and only two consults a year and not including insurance fees.

Screening Plan £39 per month, total annual price £468
As above prices for the preventative care, £461 plus the following additions:
● Comprehensive blood screening £200 used once annually
● Urine screening £20 used once annually
● Blood pressure screening £50 each, two available annually
Average annual cost £781 based on only two consults per year and the booster
vaccination and not including insurance fees.

Dental plan £65 per month, total annual price £780
As above prices for screening £781 plus the addition of:
● COHAT dental assessment £400 used once annually

 

Average annual cost £1181 based on only two consults a year and the booster
vaccination and not including insurance fees.
