REGISTERED VETERINARY NURSE

Frankie Lees

BSc (Hons) NCert (AnBeh) ISFM CertFN RVN

Francesca (Frankie) qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2017. She then gained the ISFM Certificate in Feline Nursing, the ISVPS Nurse Certificate in Animal Behaviour, a BSc (Hons) degree in Animal Behaviour, and is currently studying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Animal Behaviour and Welfare.

Frankie’s love of cats began when she got her first kitten at the age of 21. Whilst working as a student veterinary nurse, she became fascinated by feline behaviour and welfare after seeing how stress can affect cats in the veterinary environment. This inspired her to further her knowledge through additional qualifications and study, and she remains passionate about improving the welfare and veterinary experience of cats.

Frankie’s main passion within the clinic is consulting, having previously worked as a dedicated consult-only nurse. She enjoys building relationships with clients, educating and supporting them throughout their cats' lives.

Outside of work, Frankie enjoys spending time with her young son and her family - including her cheeky tortoiseshell cat - Sushi and her lively Sprocker Spaniel - Ebony! She also loves travelling and going on adventures to new places!
